Returns & Exchanges

Oddment Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges.

We run our business this way for both environmental and cost reasons. As a small business, returns can really hit us hard financially, where they don’t have as much of an impact on the big corporations we share the industry with. Along with our devotion to being as environmentally sustainable as possible, comes our efforts to keep our carbon emissions from shipping as low as possible. Though we use 100% post consumer recycled shipping materials and plant based packing tape, there’s no way of getting around the fact that shipping our products all over the world is not exactly great for our Mama Earth. So we do our best, and do not ship twice.

Because we do not accept returns or exchanges, we provide extremely detailed measurements for all of our clothing and products on each listing so that our customers can compare measurements before purchasing. If you are ordering a custom garment, we’ll make sure to get all of your measurements before starting so your order will fit you perfectly.
